The Associated Press reports that Tiger Woods feels more sadness than relief only two days after his divorce, quoting Woods as saying, “you don’t ever go into a marriage looking to get divorced.”
The world’s No. 1 golfer and his now ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, officially divorced Monday just nine months after their lives were flipped upside-down after the exposure of Woods’ numerous extramarital affairs.
Woods returned to golf Wednesday at The Barclays but said his golf is secondary and he is trying to get his two children accustomed to life after their parents’ divorce.
